金属盐离子对苦荞萌发及其总黄酮含量的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Metallic Ions on Germination and Seedlings Physiology and the Content of Flavones in Black Tartary Buckwheat

摘要 研究了在一定浓度的铝、锌、铜盐溶液浸种后,苦荞种子萌发7 d内发芽势、发芽率、粗蛋白含量的变化,并采用正交试验法设计,用吸光光度法测定样品中的总黄酮含量。结果表明,铝、锌、铜盐溶液浸种萌发对种子的芽苗生长和粗蛋白含量增加有促进的作用,而对发芽势和发芽率影响并不显著;正交试验发现对总黄酮含量影响因素显著性依次为萌发温度>萌发时间>金属盐种类,最佳萌发工艺条件为:金属盐种类为1 000 mg/L硫酸铝溶液,萌发时间为84 h,萌发温度25℃,在此工艺条件下,苦荞种子中总黄酮含量可以达到1 347.1 mg/100 g DW。 The influence of aluminum, zinc and copper on the seedling physiology, crude protein and total fla- vones of black tartary buckwheat was studied. Absorptiophotometry was applied to determine the content of total fla- vones in black tartary buckwheat through L9 (34) orthographic experiments. The result showed that the effect of A1,Zn and Cu solution played a notable role in the length and the content of protein of the seeds increasing during the germi- nation stage, whereas had few infuences on seed germination and its rate;based on the consequences of the single fac- tor and orthographic experiments, the best germination processing parameter was ascertained as follows:the steeping solution 1 000 mg/L aluminum sulfate solution, germination time 84 h, temperature 25 ℃. In the above - mentioned condition, the content of total flavones in black tartary buckwheat would increase to 1 347. l rag/100 g (DW).
