高职院校自主招生:问题与策略——基于浙江省高职院校的现状调查 被引量:19

Independent Recruitment of Vocational Colleges:Problems and Strategies:Based on a Survey in Zhejiang Province

摘要 高职院校自主招生制度的改革试点,有效地推动了人才选拔机制的创新。当前高职院校自主招生取得了一定的成绩,但还存在招生比例偏低、中职生生源数量偏少、成效不明显等问题。本文提出在普通高中阶段开设职业课程、做好中高职教育衔接并扩大中职生进入高职的比例、改革考核评价体系等策略。 The pilot reform of independent recruitment in vocational colleges has promoted the innovation of talents selection system. However, there still exist problems such as the quota of students independently recruited is relatively small; the number of students graduated from secondary vocational schools is insufficient; the overall effectiveness is relatively low. Thus it is suggested that vocation education should be set up in ordinary high school, the continuity between secondary and higher vocational education should be well established, the proportion of secondary vocational school students elevating to higher vocational school should be increased, the evaluation system should be reformed.
