摘要
BIM在行业内的发展日益突出,虽没有大规模公建的复杂,但标准化程度高、规模大的住宅项目同样可以体现出BIM设计的优势,本文主要回顾了一个商品住宅项目的BIM设计应用过程,讲述了BIM在住宅设计中的优点和不足。
BIM technology has become increasingly prominent in the construction industry. Although residential building is not as amplex, as public building , the high degree of standardization also reflect the advantages of BIM design from another side. This paper reviews a commercial housing project designed by BIM in the whole process. On the basic of the project design, it trys to elaborate the strengths and weaknesses of BIM＇s usage in resi- dential design.
