摘要
在对香烟卷接机组空松烟支的检测过程中 ,电容式传感器的机械安装方式与精度直接影响检测效果。作者在对国产卷接机组的技术改造中 ,采用了一种全新的传感器安装结构。从使用的情况看来 ,该结构简单可靠 ,维护方便 ,且实用性好。
In the process of detecting hollow and loose cigarette in rolling and linking assembly units, the mechanical installation mode and precision directly influence the detection results. In the technical modification of home made detection and linking assembly units, the authors adopted a state of art sensor installation structure. It is clear that the installation structure is simple, reliable, easy to maintain and excellent in performance.
