摘要
运用经典Drude模型及Lorentz振子理论,借助n-K关系图及n-K反射率半圆图解方法,指出位于等离子体振荡频率ω_p附近的声子异常敏感性,并给出形状和特征。利用它可分析超导样品的反射光谱。
Using the classical and the Drude model and the Lorentz vibrator, as well as n-K relation and n-K half-circle graph of reflectivity for vibrators, the abnormal sensibility of reflectivity structures of phonons around the frequency of plasma oscillation is explained. Also the forms and oharactericios of the reflection struoture are given. By this abnormal sensibility, the reflectance spectrum of superconductor can be discussed.
