摘要
根据专科、专家进行个性化排班,为患者提供多渠道的分时预约挂号是苏北人民医院门诊服务的特色。医院自推行个性化分时预约挂号后,预约量显著增加,就诊环境得到改善,患者满意度提升。继续加大分时预约挂号宣传,并不断增加预约号源,提高预约便利性是医院今后努力的方向。
The outpatient service characteristics in North Jiangsu Hospital are to provide the patient with multichannel time-sharing appointment booking in accordance with departments of specialty and experts. Since the practice of the individualized appointment booking, the amount of the appointment booking has increased remarkably, medical environment has been improved and the satisfaction degree from the patient been raised in the hospital. Next, the hospital should strive for the continuous promotion of the propaganda about the time-sharing appointment booking, the increase in the sources of appointment registration ,and the improvement in the convenience of appointment registration.
