重油催化裂化中多孔平衡流量计的节能应用

摘要 为了提高企业的工业自动化水平和流量测量节能新技术的应用,以宝塔石化80 t/a重油催化裂化的原料油雾化蒸汽测量为例,通过和现有的差压式流量计的性能综合对比,分析了多孔平衡流量计的技术特点和节能效果,并对多孔平衡流量计节能进行了计算和经济分析,充分说明多孔平衡流量计在继承了标准孔板优点的基础上,还具备测量精度高、测量范围宽、永久压损小、对直管段短、节能效果好等特点,能够推动企业的工业自动化水平,是一种流量测量节能的新技术. In order to improve the industrial automatic control level of enterprises and applications of new technology in flow measurement with energy saving, taking the application on measuring feed oil atomizing steam of the 800 t/a Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit of Baota Group as an example, technical feature and energy-saving effect of Porous Balance Flow meter are analyzed by the comparison of general performances of current differential pressure flow meter. Meanwhile, saving energy of Porous Balance Flow meter is calculated and economic analysis is done. The meters not only carry forward the advantages of standard orifice flow meters, but also have the advantages of high measurement accuracy, large flow rate ranges, low permanent pressure drop, requirement of shorter straight pipes and energy saving. It can promote the industrial automatic control level of enterprises and lead the new technology of flow measurement with energy saving.
