摘要
目的:讨论需要层次理论在优质护理中的应用。方法:根据需要层次理论对926例患者在入院、住院、出院期间分阶段、分层次提供护理服务,设法满足患者的不同需求。结果:优质护理服务中,需要层次理论与患者实际相结合,满足了患者生理、心理、社会、文化、精神上的需求。结论:优质的护理服务赢得了患者的高度信任和赞扬,提高了患者满意度。
Objective： To discuss the application of Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs to quality nursing. Method： Nursing was offered hierarchically to 926 patients in different periods： hospitalization time, hospital stay and discharge time to meet needs of patients. Result： Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs is combined with the patients＇ conditions, which could meet physiological, psychological, social, cultural and mental needs. Conclusion： Quality nursing could win the trust and praise of patients highly, raise satisfactory degree of patients.
