摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法将笔者所在医院2009年1月～2012年1月52例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组26例,对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(x2=6.153,P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应发生,两组患者的肝肾功能及血尿常规检测未见明显异常。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切且安全性好,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy and security of Tongxinluo capsule treatment angina pectoris. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012,52 cases of angina patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group had 26 cases.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of The observation group and control group had statistically significant difference（x2=6.153,P 0.05）.During treatment,the two groups showed no obvious adverse events. Conclusion Efficacy of Tongxinluo capsule treatment angina pectoris is exact and security available in clinical application.
