无卤阻燃聚丙烯复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以自制的乙二胺双环四甲叉膦酸三聚氰胺盐(EAPM)为阻燃剂,采用氧指数法,垂直燃烧实验、热失重法、拉伸和冲击试验,研究了EAPM及复配阻燃体系对聚丙烯材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:EAPM的加入有效地促进材料成炭,质量分数为25%时,氧指数达到25.1%,UL 94测试达到V-2级,600℃下质量保持率为11.94%,但材料的力学性能有大幅下降。EAPM复配体系在25%的添加量下,材料氧指数分别达到28.3%和33.3%,UL 94测试达到V-0级,600℃下质量保持率分别为13.86%、13.56%,并较好地保持了材料的力学性能。 A self-made 1, 2-bis (dimelaminium of 1-nitro-3, 5-diphospha-4-oxa-3, 5-dihydroxy cyclohexane) ethane (EAPM) was used as flame retardant in PP in this paper. The effect of EAPM and compound flame retardant system on the flame retardaney and the mechanical properties of PP were investigated by oxygen index method, vertical combustion method, TG, tensile test and impact test. The results showed that the addition of EAPM promoted the char formation. When the mass fraction of EAPM was 25% , the LOI reached 25.1% and achieved UL 94 V-2 rate, the retention ratio was 11.94% at 600 ℃ with a significant decrease in the mechanical properties. As the equal dosage of EAPM synergistic system, composites was found to achieve at 28.3%, LOI was at 33.3%, and achieved V-0 in UL 94 test, the retention ratio was 13.86% , 13.56% at 600 ℃, but the mechanical properties were well maintained.
