摘要
从精练剂用量、烧碱用量、冷堆时间、汽蒸时间对纯棉针织物平幅冷堆-短蒸前处理工艺进行了优化,重点对双氧水在不同阶段的分解率进行了分析.结果表明:双氧水在不同阶段的分解率存在很大差异,合理控制冷堆阶段的双氧水分解率是工艺控制的关键,并得出较合理的工艺条件:冷堆精练剂DM-1390 8 g/L、双氧水稳定剂DM-1404 4 g/L、NaOH 12 g/L、30%的H2O236 g/L,冷堆4 h,汽蒸10 min.
The effects of dosages of the scouring agent and caustic soda,pad-batch hours,and steam ing time on pretreatment of pure cotton knit fabric through the open width cold pad-batch-short-steaming process were investigated and the process was optimized.The hydrogen peroxide decomposition rates at dif ferent stages were mainly analyzed.The experiment results showed that the percentage of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide at different stages varied widely.The key of process was to control a suitable amount of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide at cold pad-batch stage.The optimized process conditions were: 8 g/L of scouring agent DM-1390,4 g/L of DM-1404,12 g/L of NaOH,36 g/L of 30% H2O2,4 h of cold pad-batch time,and steaming for 10 min.
