摘要
针对困扰工程设计的桥梁梯度温度问题,建立了基于气象参数并考虑实际桥址和桥梁走向的混凝土箱梁日照温度场有限元模型.以苏通大桥辅助航道桥为例,使用2008年7月2日至7月7日6天的实测温度和气象数据,验证了该模型的准确性,并分析了大气日温差和日平均风速对混凝土箱梁梯度温度的影响.分析结果表明,日平均风速对混凝土箱梁的最大梯度温度影响较大,大气日温差则对其影响较小.从概率统计学角度计算分析了桥址气象参数50年一遇标准值条件下混凝土箱梁的日照温度场,提出可能出现的最大梯度温度为18.3℃,并将提出的梯度温度模式与各国规范的梯度温度模式进行比较.结果表明,在分析混凝土箱梁日照温度场时有必要考虑气象参数的影响,以获得适合当地桥梁的梯度温度模式.
To solve the problem of temperature gradient of the bridge which puzzles the engineering design, a finite element model of solar temperature field of concrete box girder based on meteoro- logical parameters and location and orientation of the bridge is established. Taking the auxiliary channel bridge of the Sutong Bridge for example, by using the measured temperature and meteoro- logical data from July 2 to July 7, 2008, the accuracy of the model is verified. The effects of daily range of the ambient temperature and the average wind speed on the temperature gradient of concrete box girder are studied. The analysis results show that the average wind speed has a significant effect on the maximum temperature gradient while the effect of daily range of ambient temperature is much less. Finally, the temperature gradient of the concrete box girder is analyzed with the meteorological parameter standard values of 50-year and the extreme temperature gradient is proposed as 18.3 ~C. The comparison results of the proposed temperature gradient model with the model specified by code of different countries show that when analyzing the solar temperature field of concrete box girder, the meteorological parameters should be considered to obtain the mode of temperature gradient which fits the local bridge.
