摘要
传统的超声波-气浮-活性炭-纤维球存在除油存在弊端,树脂除油因其独特的处理机理而更具优越性,并将是日后的发展方向。在3万t/a加压浸出-萃取-电积生产线、4 000 t/a钴生产线工艺过程中的硫酸镍、氯化钴、氯化铁萃余液、反萃液应用CN-01树脂除油的连续性试验中,出水水质含油浓度小于5 ppm;说明树脂除油应用于冶炼工艺中的萃余液、反萃液的除油是完全可行的。可缩短传统气浮除油工艺流程,降低运行费用,解决气浮除油后期的吸附剂不易再生的难题。
The traditional method of supersonic-air flotation-active carbon-fiber ball to remove oil has drawbaeks. The method of oil removal with resin is better because of its specific treating mechanism, and will be the development direction in the future. The stability of oil concentration containing in water quality that flowed out is below 5ppm in the continuity test of using CN-01 resin to remove oil in nickel sul- fate, cobalt chloride, ferric chloride faffinate and striping liquor during the technological process of 30 000 t/a pressure leaching-electrowinning production line and 4 000 t/a cobalt production line. Which shows that using the method of oil removal with resin to remove oil in faffinate and striping liquor in smelting process is feasibility. It shortened the process flow of oil removal with air flotation, reduced the running cost, and solved the difficulty that the adsorbent was not easy to regenerate in the later of oil removal with air flotation.
