摘要
介绍了应用于波分复用（WDM）系统的多波长分布反馈（DFB）激光器陈列的理论基础和设计方法。讨论了制作过程中出现的一些问题。
Distributed-Feedback (DFB) laser arrays is very attractive for wavelength-divisionmultiplexed (WDM) and fiber-opticaI communication systems. The theory, design of DFB Iaser arrays are introduced in this paper. Some problems in fabrication are also discussed.
