摘要
为满足矿区土地复垦方案编制的实际需要,提高矿区土地复垦的信息化水平,重点解决土地损毁预测、土地复垦适宜性评价、工程量计算和土地复垦相关图件制作等问题,应用GIS、RS和三维数据可视化等技术,实现矿区土地复垦辅助信息系统的设计与开发;借助ArcGIS Engine、Visual Studio 2008、ENVI/IDL,将GIS、RS、数学模型和空间数据库等技术相结合,构建了具有较强科学性和通用性,集土地损毁预测、土地复垦评价、规划、监督检查等功能于一体的矿区土地复垦辅助信息系统;通过构建矿区土地复垦辅助信息系统,有助于提高规划的效率和科学性,为我国矿区土地复垦的信息化提供借鉴和参考。
In order to meet the needs of mine land reclamation program development and improve the level of mine land reclamation information technology, this paper focuses on solving land damage prediction, land reclamation suitability assessment, engineering calculation, and land reclamation maps production. The geographic information system, remote sensing and 3D data visualization technology are applied to achieve mining reclamation auxiliary information system. With ArcGIS Engine, Visual Studio 2008, ENVI/IDL, we combined geographic information system, remote sensing and mathe- matical model with spatial database technology to build a set of land reclamation ancillary information system with strong scientific and versatility performance and functions of land damage prediction, land reclamation evaluation, planning, supervision and inspection. Through constructing a mining reclamation auxiliary information system, the planning efficiency and scientificity are improved, thus providing reference for information technology of mine land reclamation.
