摘要
目的探讨自我管理对女性2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将200例女性2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各100例，对照组进行常规健康教育，观察组在常规健康教育基础上，运用自我管理模式。观察干预前后两组患者血糖水平、相关健康行为的形成率、不良事件发生率及生活质量的变化。结果干预后两组患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（2hPBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAIc）水平有所降低（t分别为-5．03、-5．15、-8．48，均P〈0．05）；遵医行为等相关行为形成率有所提高（X^2=3．92～19．78，均P〈0．05）；不良事倬发生率有所降低（，分别为19．21、22．22，均P〈0．01）；生活质量显著改善（X^2=1．62～43．74，均P〈0．05）。结论自我管理可显著改善女性2型糖尿病患者血糖水平，提高相关健康行为的形成率， 减少低血糖、酮症事件发生率，提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of self-management on life quality of females with type 2 diabetes. Methods Two hundreds women of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each. In control group regular health education was provided and in observation group self-management model was used based on conventional health education. The changes of blood glucose level, formation rate of relevant health behaviors, incidence rate of adverse events and life quality of two groups before and after intervention were observed. Results After intervention the fasting blood glucose （ FBG）, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose （2hPBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAIe） of two groups both reduced （t = -5.03, -5.15, - 8.48, all P 〈 0.05 ）, and the formation rate of compliance behavior elevated （X^2 = 3.92-19.78, P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence rate of adverse events decreased （X^2 ,value was 19.21 and 22.22, respectively, both P 〈 0. 01 ） and life quality was improved significantly （X^2 = 1.62-43.74, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Self-management can improve the blood sugar level of women with type 2 diabetes significantly, increase the formation rate of health behaviors, reduce the incidence rates of hypoglycemia and ketosis and improve patients＇ life quality.
