庆大霉素注射液治疗PICC置管穿刺部位感染的疗效被引量：3

摘要目的观察应用庆大霉素注射液治疗PICC置管穿刺部位感染的疗效。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,选择病例70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。实验组用庆大霉素注射液,对照组用碘伏治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组35例,有效34例(97.14%),对照组35例,有效29例(82.86%),两组比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论庆大霉素注射液治疗PICC置管穿刺部位感染疗效良好。
