摘要
目的 为了每月对住院部各科室医疗质量进行比较评价 ,及时反馈给科室以不断改进日常医疗工作 ,提高医疗质量。方法 以住院部各科室作为评价单位 ,以医院工作报表为数据来源 ,用秩和比法从诊疗质量、工作强度和经济效益三方面每月量化考核科室的医疗质量。结果 评价出了各科室医疗质量综合指数、优劣等级 ,同时给各科室提供了具体的改进指标。结论 此评价方法简单实用 ,结果客观实际 ,具有很强的可操作性 ,可用于指导效益奖金的分配 ,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Objective To evaluate sections medical quality of inpatient department every month and make feedback timely for improving the work. Methods Based on the data of the hospital chart, this essay is an attempt to put forward a 3dimensional approach on diagnosing and treating quality, working intensity and profit for monthly conventional evaluation of sections achievement by the RankSum Ratio. Results A comprehensive index and degree of sections medical quality are reached and improving indexes are directed. Conclusion The method tends to be simple and useful. The result tends to be objective and adoptable in bonus distribution, thus presenting its feasibility of popularization.
