摘要
目的观察咖啡酸片治疗抗甲状腺药物引起的白细胞减少的临床疗效和安全性。方法将应用抗甲状腺药物引起白细胞减少58例患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予咖啡酸片每次0．2g，3次／日，对照组给予利血生每次20nag，3次／日，观察4周，比较两组患者治疗前后白细胞减少、不良反应及症状改善等情况。结果治疗组30例，治疗后显效16例（53．3％），有效10例（33．3％），总有效率86．7％；对照组28例，治疗后显效9例（32．1％），有效9例（32．1％），总有效率64．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组症状明显改善者24例，明显高于对照组的14例（P〈0．05）；治疗随访期间，治疗组发生上呼吸道感染3例，明显低于对照组的9例（P〈0．05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论咖啡酸治疗抗甲状腺药物引起的白细胞减少有显著疗效，临床应用安全可靠，患者生活质量明显改善。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of caffeic acid tablets in treatment of antithyroid drug - induced granulocytopenia. Methods 58 patients with granulocytopenia caused by antithyroid drug were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 28 patients. Treatment group was treated with caffeic acid tablets（200 mg tid ）, while control group was treated with Leucogen （20 mg tid） , for four weeks. The clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared before and after treatment. Result The effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 64.3% in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Patients with remarkable clinical symptom improvement were obviously more in the treatment group （24 cases） than that of control group （ 14 cases,P 〈 0.05 ）. During the follow - up, the incidence of upper respiratory track infection of treatment group（3 cases） was significantly lower than that of control group （9 cases,P 〈 0.05 ）. No sever adverse effects were observed in both two groups. Conclusion The caffeic acid tablet has remarkable efficacy in treatment of granulocytopenia caused by antithyroid drug with safely clinical application, which could improve patients＇ life quality obviously.
