摘要
目的探讨改善住院精神分裂症患者自我效能的护理对策，为患者心理康复提供参考依据。方法将120例男性住院精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各60例。对照组病例遵循常规治疗和护理，研究组则在常规治疗的基础上，依据确定影响患者自我效能的因素、收集证据、评估证据、结合临床实际选择最佳证据的循证护理路径，制定切实可行的循证护理措施。分别于干预前和干预后，采用自我效能评价量表（GSES）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对两组患者进行效果评定。结果干预前，两组GSES与SCL-90量表评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后，研究组GSES和SCL-90评分均明显好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论循证护理可促进科学、有效的精神科护理实践活动，对提高精神分裂症患者自我效能，促进心理康复具有积极的临床治疗作用。
Objective To explore the nursing countermeasures on improving self - efficacy of the patients with schizophrenia, in or- der to provide the basis for patients of psychological rehabilitation. Methods A total of 120 case of the male schizophrenia were divided into study group and control group by random. The control group cases were given conventional treatment and care, the study group was given evi- dence - based nursing path based on routine treatment ： determining the affecting self - efficacy factors of patients, collecting the evidence, e- valuating the evidence, combining with clinical practice to choose the best evidence, formulating the feasi - ble evidence - based nursing measures. Before and after intervention, the effects were evaluated by GSES and SCL -90. Results Before intervention, the difference was not statistically significant between study group and control group on GSES and SCL - 90 （ P 〉 O. 05 ） . After intervention, the score of GSES and SCL - 90 in study group were much better than those in control groupP 〈 0.01. Conclusions Evidence - based nursing could promote scientific and effective psychiatric nursing practice activities. It would had a positive clinical curative effect for improving self - efficacy of the patients with schizophrenia and promoting their mental rehabilitation.
