摘要
目的:对糯米藤Gonostegia hirta(BL.)Miq中多糖的精制方法进行比较.方法:采用Sevage法、壳聚糖吸附法精制粗多糖,用蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖含量,对两种精制方法的精制得率进行比较.结果:采用Sevage法精制,多糖精制得率为40%左右,而壳聚糖吸附法多糖精制得率为80%左右,说明采用壳聚糖精制糯米藤多糖较好.结论:壳聚糖吸附法精制糯米藤多糖简便、高效、可行.
Objective: To compare the different methods of refinement of Polysaccharide from Gonostegia hirta (BL.) Miq. Method: The crude Polysaccharide is refined by using Sevage method and chitosan adsorption, the relative percentage contents of Polysaccharide from Gonostegia hirta (BL.) Miq. are studied with anthrone-sulfuric acid, and the refining rates of the two purification methods are compared. Results: With the Sevage method, the refining rates of the Polysaccharide is about 40~/~ while the refined Polysaccharide is about 80% by using the method of chitosan adsorption, the effect of refined polysaccharide with chitosan adsorption is obvious. Conclusion: Refining Polysaccharide with chitosan adsorption is simple, efficient and feasible.
