摘要
临床路径具有规范医疗行为,降低成本,提高医疗质量的作用。随着临床路径的推广,中医诊疗路径亦逐渐建立。其中慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医临床路径建立过程中应注意以下几个关键问题:①按照疾病轻重缓急分别制定;②辨证论治与临床路径实施规范化的协调;③实施结果的评估与评价。加强对中医诊断指标体系及疗效评价指标的研究,提高临床证据质量与级别是建立临床路径的关键。
Purpose of clinical pathway is to standardize the medical practices,improve the medical quality and reduce the costs.With the promotion of clinical pathway,TCM clinical pathways are being established gradually.In the formation process of COPD TCM clinical pathways,there are many key problems need to be mentioned： ①Developing the pathway according to the importance and urgency of COPD;②Individualization of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and standardization of clinical pathways;③Evaluation and assessment of practice of clinical pathway.Reinforcing index system of TCM diagnosis research and evaluation of therapeutic efficiency research,improving the reliability and grade of clinical evidences is the key to the establishment of clinical pathway.
