摘要
依法对入河排污口实施监督管理，是保护水资源、促进水资源可持续利用的重要手段，全面、准确、及时地掌握人河排污口信息是开展人河排污口监督管理的必要条件。本文通过对入河排污口的调查，全面掌握入河排污口的数量、分布、类形以及排放的污水量、污染物等基本情况，分析了邯郸市排污口特点及其主要问题，进而提出了入河排污口规范化管理的对策建议。
Implementation of supervision and management strictly to sewage outlet to the river is requisite for the water resources conservation and promoting sustainable use of water resources. Accurate and timely information of River sewage drain outlet is necessary to carry out the su pervision and management to it. Based on the investigation of river sewage drain outlet, the number of river discharge outlet, distribution, catego- ry, the volume of sewage discharge, pollution and other basic conditions of the sewage outlet inside Handan City were obtained. Based on the in- vestigation, we further analyzed the characteristics and main problems of sewage outlet inside Handan City,and puts forward Standardized man-agement of river sewage drain outlet of countermeasures.
