摘要
目的:探讨VEGF在不同皮肤扩张方式中的表达与扩张皮瓣中新生血管的形成关系,建立适合于临床的最佳的皮肤扩张方式。方法:选用62只新西兰大白兔随机分为5大组,随机将动物按不同扩张方式分为5组:A组(反复快速扩张组)、B组(快速扩张组)、C组(常规扩张组)、D组(植入不扩组)、E组(正常对照组),采用免疫组织化学染色观察扩张皮瓣中VEGF的表达情况。结果:在维持1周,A组的VEGF表达明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组与C组差异不明显(P>0.05);在维持2、3、4周A组与B组、C组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);在维持6周,A组的VEGF表达与B组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);维持6周的A组和B组的VEGF表达明显高于维持4周的C组(P<0.05)。结论:反复快速皮肤扩张可明显提高扩张皮瓣中VEGF的合成与分泌,促进血管形成。
Objective To probe the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in different skin expansion way and the angiogenesis in expanded skin flaps, creating an optimal skin expansion way for clinical use. Methods 62 New Zealand Rabbits were randomly allocated into 5 groups according to the different skin expansion way: Group A (repeated rapid expansion group), group B (rapid expansion group), group C (conventional expansion group), group D (implanted not expanding group), group E (normal control group), by means of immunohistochemical stain to observe the expression of VEGF in expanded skin flaps. Results At maintaining-for- 1week, VEGF expression of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C (P〈0.05) but group B and group C had no significant difference (P〉0.05). At maintaining-for-2,3,4 week, the comparison of VEGF expression of group A with group B and C were not statistically distinctive (P〉0.05). At maintaining-for-6 week, There were no significant differences between group A and group B (P〉0.05) in VEGF expression; group A and B at maintaining-for-6 week were significantly higher than that of group C at maintaining-for-4 week (P〈0.05). Conclusion The repeatedly rapid expansion ways can effectively improved the synthesis and secretion of VEGF in the expanded skin flaps, and promoted the formation of new blood vessels.
