摘要
介绍无阻燃剂阻燃酚醛塑料的制备工艺、性能及成型条件等。实验表明,不加阻燃剂而采取无机纤维增强、矿物粉填充、各组分科学匹配,形成难燃结构,可制得UL—94 V—0级高阻燃性塑料;该塑料具有低烟、低毒、无腐蚀、低成本和良好的物理力学性能与加工性能,有更广泛的使用范围。
The preparation technology, property and molding conditions of the flame-retardant phenolics without flame retardant is introduced . The test results showed that the nonflammable structure reinforced with inorganic fiber, filled with mining powders, without flame retardant and in the scientific matching of each part has been made to manufacture the high flame-retardant plastics according to UL- 94 V - 0 and ensure low smoking, low toxicity, no corrosion, low cost and good physical and mechanical properties and processibility, so broaden the applied range of phenolics.
