超长水泥土搅拌桩的试验研究和工程应用 被引量:28

摘要 在系统研究了22m厚淤泥质粘土中制作27m超长水泥土桩的成桩工艺、水泥土强度特性和质量检测方法的基础上,首次将超长水泥土桩应用于某大型油罐复杂软土地基工程中。结果表明:本文建议的成桩工艺和检测方法可行,工程取得了圆满成功。 On the basis of the first hateh of 25 testing piles, the second batch of 7 testing piles and the third batch of 48 engineering piles installed in the deep soft clay at the site, a lot of reformation of construction techniques, static load tests, standard penetration tests, unconfined compression tests and the oborvation of the drilled samples are carried out for these cement deep mixing piles, The consmiction technique of the piles is put forward by comparison with the quality of every bach piles. The strength properties of cement-soil are analyzed along the entire length of pile according to the results of SPFs and unconfined tests. Quality inspetion method on 27 m long deep mixing piles in 22 m thick mucky clay is proposed after competion of the study on the the results of relation of static load test, strength of cement-soil and its homogeneity. At last, 3079 piles in 16 to 27 m length are for the first time applied to improve the soft ground under an oil tank with a capacity of 50000 m3. The results of prototpe monitoring on the soil and piles efficienily demonstiae that the construction thehnique and quality inspection methed prope in the paper is applicable.
