摘要
柔道比赛属对抗性搏斗类项目,需要良好身体素质、技战术、心理和顽强精神,还要具备实际运用中的应变能力,才能战胜对手。随着运动员之间的技术差距缩小,正确运用战术对比赛胜负起着决定性作用。采用文献资料法、录像观察法等研究方法,着重研究了我国优秀女子柔道运动员冼东妹在比赛中战术的运用效果和特点,发现冼东妹在比赛中战术运用比较均衡,在进攻形势方面,待动抢攻战术发挥较好,是成功的关键动因。
Judo is a confrontational battle project, needs the good physical quality, tactics, psychology and spirit, but also have practical application ability, in order to beat his opponent. Along with the technical gap between athletes, the correct use of tactics on the game-winning plays a decisive role. Therefore, using the method of literature, video observation and other research methods focuses on the study of Chinese Elite Female Judo Athletes in competition in Xian Dongmei tactical utilization effect and characteristics of. Discovery of Xian Dongmei in competition tactical utilization is quite balanced, in the offensive position, to move the attack tactics effectively, is the key to success motivation.
