摘要
目的分析ICU病人转到康复过渡病房家属心理状况的变化。方法取2008至2012年76例转入康复过渡病房的患者家属作为观察组，同期未转入康复过渡病房的73例患者家属作为对照组，观察两组心理状态变化。结果观察组对象的主观幸福感及生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；转运后，观察组的HAMD评分（25．21±3．32）、HAMA评分（19．45±2．23）明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论ICU患者转入康复过渡病房后其家属的心理状态明显改善。
Objective To analyze the psychological change of ICU patients＇family after the patients were transported to rehabilitation ward. Methods 76 cases of ICU patients＇family were selected and divided into observation group, these patients were transported to rehabilitation ward. 73 families without the patients being transported selected and divided into control group. Their psychological changes were observed. Results The scores of subjective well - being and life quality in observation group were significantly higher than those in con- trol group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the scores of HAMD and HAMA of observation group were lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The psychological status of ICU patients＇ family was improved significantly after the patients were transported to the rehabilitation ward.
