摘要
[目的]观察三仁汤加味治疗湿浊中阻型功能性消化不良疗效,说明三仁汤在治疗内湿方面的作用。[方法]将156例中阻型功能性消化不良用随机分组法随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组80例,对照组76例,两组均用同样的西医治疗,治疗组加用三仁汤加味治疗,比较治疗效果。[结果]治疗组在治愈率、总有效率、复发率方面明显优于对照组。治疗组治愈率70.00%,对照组治愈率34.21%;治疗组总有效率96.25%,对照组总有效率73.68%;治疗组6月复发率24.68%,对照组6月复发率46.43%,两组临床疗效比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]三仁汤加味治疗湿浊中阻型功能性消化不良疗效显著。
[ Objective ] Observation the treatment of Dampness stagnation functional dyspepsia treatment of Sanren decoction. Description of the role of Sanren decoction in the treatment of Wet. [ Methods ] 156 cases of Dampness stagnation of functional dyspepsia with packet random were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in the treatment group,76 cases in the control group, two groups were treated with the same Western medicine treatment, the treatment group was added with Sanren decoction treatment, thera- peutic effect. [ Results ] The treatment group in the cure rate, the total efficiency, the relapse rate was signifi- cantly better than the control group. The treatment group cure rate 70% , control group cure rate is 34.21% ; the treatment group total effective rate 96.25% , control group, the total efficiency of 73.68% ; in June 24. 68% recurrence rate in treatment group, control group in June46.43% recurrence rate, clinical outcomes of the two groups compared, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Sanren decoction treating Dampness stagnation on the treatment of functional dyspepsia curative effect remarkable.
