中国钢铁工业节能减排效果分析与前景 被引量:10

The Current Situation and Prospect of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in China's Steel Industry

摘要 钢铁工业是国民经济重要的基础产业和支柱产业,也是资源能源消耗和污染排放的重点产业。通过分析钢铁工业节能减排的现状,可知在总体上"十一五"期间钢铁工业节能减排的效果十分明显,但能源利用效率和技术水平等依然低于国外先进水平。随着废钢以及电炉炼钢比重的不断提高,"十二五"时期钢铁工业的节能减排效果将有所提升。为了进一步加快中国钢铁工业节能减排,笔者从需要发展完善的废钢收集系统、提高电炉炼钢比例、淘汰落后产能、引进与开发关键技术等方面提出政策措施。 The steel industry is not only an important industry of resource and energy consumption and pollution basic industry and the pillar industry, but the key discharge in the national economy. Through analy- zing on the current situation of energy conservation and emission reduction in steel industry, we think that the overall effect for energy conservation and emission reduction in steel industry is very evident during the "elev- enth five -year plan", but energy efficiency and technical level are still below the advanced world level. As the weight of scrap steel and electric steel making continues to improve, emission reduction in steel industry will be further promoted during the the effect for energy conservation and "twelfth five -year plan". In order to speed up the energy conservation and emission reduction of steel industry, the author puts forward some policy measures: developing the prefect scrap steel collection system, improve the scale of electric steel making, e- liminating the production capacity and introducinz and developing the key technology.
