摘要
本文以西华师范大学为例,阐述了GIS专业人才培养三三制的初步探索,以期为地方高师院校GIS专业教育提供借鉴。主要内容包括,搭架结构明晰的通识教育、专业基础理论与实验技能、创新性课程与实验三元金字塔式知识模块;建立应用型、技术型、研究型三种人才培养模式;提供教师指导、制度建设、竞赛推进三大保障措施,充分展示教学效果、学生实践技能;在加强学生创新性能力培养等方面起到了重要作用,取得了较好的效果。
Aiming to strengthen students' experiments and practical skills of Geographic Information system, several rounds of enducation reform experiments were executed in the paper. A tripartite teaching system was developed. The cores of this system are as follows: a three-element pyramid knowledge module was built for students, including general higher education, basic theory and ex- perimental skills of GIS, innovative and experimental programs. Three-training-model of knowledge, ability and innovative was estab- lished to clear the position of every student. In order to achieve a desired effect, this system also provided other measurement, inclu- ding sutdent management, teacher assignment and competition introduction to show the finial performance. The practice showed that the knowledge acquirement and innovative capabilities of students could be strengthened as well.
