摘要
针对电机温度采集采用电缆连接复杂、易受电磁干扰等问题,设计了一种基于STC12LE5A16AD单片机的电机绕组端部、轴承温度检测以及单片射频发射器芯片NRF905构成的无线传输系统.给出了单片机控制的系统硬件电路结构、软件框图及其实现方法.通过PT100铂电阻检测电机不同部位的温度信息,获得实时电机温度变化信号,并将数据无线传输到监测中心.实验表明,该系统精度高、抗干扰能力强、测量范围宽,精确度和稳定性均可满足实际要求.
In view of the problem about the complexity of the motor temperature data collection on cables and vulnerable to electromagnetic interference,this article has designed a single-chip motor wind- ings end that based on STC12LESA16AD and bearing temperature detection and the wireless transmis- sion system that constituted by single-chip RF transmitter chip NRF905. Meanwhile, this article displays a microprocessor control system hardware circuit structure, software diagram, and its implementation. According to PT100 platinum resistance detected motor temperature of different parts of the informa- tion,we can obtain the real-time motor temperature signal, and transmit the data to the monitoring cen- ter by wireless. The experiments showed that the proposed circuit system has characteristics of high pre- cision, strong anti-interference ability and wide measurement range. Both the precision and stability can meet the demand of the actual application.
