摘要
以球形γ-Al2O3为非均相水解催化剂,在固定床反应器内研究了碳酸乙烯酯(EC)水解合成乙二醇(EG)的过程。通过一系列条件实验考察了反应温度、LHSV、n(H2O)∶n(EC)及反应压力对EC水解反应的影响,确定了非均相催化EC水解合成EG的较佳工艺条件:即反应温度170~180℃、LHSV=0.8~1.5 h-1、n(H2O)∶n(EC)=1.7~3.0、反应压力1.0~1.8 MPa,在此条件下,EC转化率达到98.4%,EG选择性为100%。500 h的催化剂稳定性实验及其表征结果显示,γ-Al2O3催化剂孔结构保持良好,能够维持高效、稳定的催化活性,为EC水解合成EG实现工业化生产提供了可行依据。
A spherical γ-Al2O3 catalyst was employed tor the heterogeneous syntnesis of ethylene glycol(EG) through ethylene carbonate(EC) hydrolysis in a fixed-bed reactor. The effects of reaction temperature, LHSV, mole ratio of H2O to EC and reaction pressure on the hydrolysis were investigated. The conversion of EC and the selectivity to EG can reach 98.4% and 100% respectively under the optimal conditions of reaction temperature 170-180 ~C, LHSV 0.8-1.5 h^-1, mole ratio of H2O to EC 1.7-3.0 and reaction pressure 1.0 - 1.8 MPa. In addition, the catalytic activity and pore structure of the catalyst can be maintained well during a run for 500 hours.
