摘要
对浙中地区网络零售企业的调查表明,需求排前三位的岗位分别为客服、项目策划运作和美工。依照基本技能、拓展技能和发展技能三大类岗位技能,分别设置与之对应的理论与实践教学体系,以此增强电子商务专业学生的适岗能力,提升专业服务地方产业发展的能力。
The survey of Internet Retailing industry in Mid-Zhejiang city group indicated that customer servicer, project planner and art designer were the top three demanded positions. According to the basic skills, three major categories of job skills were generated. And the relevant teaching system and practice teaching system were set up to enhance the employability of E-commerce students, and abilities serving for local economy.
