摘要
水利建设是我国现代化农业建设的基础,是发展社会经济难以取代的基础设施。在2011年,中央政府的一号文件将我国农田水利建设工作放到了首要位置,体现出我国政府对于农田水利建设的高度重视,并且直接反映了这项任务的艰巨性与紧迫性。然而反观我国当前的农田水利工程存在着诸多问题,例如管理混乱、施工质量不高等,都严重阻碍了农田水利建设的发展。本文指出我国现代农田水利建设工作存在的问题,并提出新时期农田水利建设工作的改革措施。
Water conservancy construction is the foundation of modern agriculture construction for our country, and is un-replaceable infrastructure to develop the social economy. In 2011, the Central Government＇s No.1 file puts the farmland water conservancy construction work on the first position, reflects the Chinese government＇s attention to the construction of farmland irrigation and water conservancy, and directly reflects the difficulty and urgency of the task. However, in China＇s current farmland water conservancy engineering, there are many problems, for example, the management confusion and low construction quality, which seriously hindered the development of farmland water conservancy construction. This paper pointed out that the problems in modem farmland water conservancy construction work of our country, and puts forward the reform measures of farmland water conservancy construction work in the new period.
