摘要
目的研究木犀科梣属植物白枪杆的化学成分。方法将2 000株幼苗以溶剂提取法和萃取法将成分分为水溶性和脂溶性成分,再以色谱分离法分离得化合物,最后经质谱、核磁共振等光谱方法确认化合物结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,并对其进行了结构鉴定。结论水层各个化合物的结构被鉴定为:红景天苷(1)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇苷(2)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(3)、对羟基苯乙醇(4)、4-甲氧基水杨酸(5);氯仿层各个化合物的结构被鉴定为:齐墩果酸(6)、水杨酸(7)、香草酸(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、β-胡萝卜苷(10)。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Fraxinus malacophylla Hemsl.Methods The 2 000 seedlings by solvent extraction and extraction were divided into water-soluble and fat-soluble components,which were chromatographically separated,and finally confirmed by MS and NMR.Results Ten compounds were isolated.Conclusion The water layer compounds were identified as : salidroside(1),3,4-dihy droxyphenylethanol glucoside(2),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethyl alcohol(3),p-hydroxyphenylethyl alcohol(4),and 4-methoxy salicylic acid(5);The chloroform layer compounds were oleanolic acid(6),salicylic acid(7),vanillic acid(8),β-sitosterol(9),and β-daucosterol(10).
