摘要
目的应用石墨炉原子吸收炉内直接消化测定冷饮中铅的方法。方法样品经水解或稀释后直接进样测定。结果冷饮中铅的加标回收率为95.6%~104.3%,相对标准偏差在1.85%~3.16%之间。结论此条件下检测冷饮中的铅可以在最少的样品前处理步骤下快速准确地进行。
Objective To determine the lead in cold drinks by graphite furnace atomic absorption furnace with furnace direct digestion. Method Determine the samples directly after hydrolyzation or dilution. Results The standard recovery rate of lead in cold drinks was between 94. 2% and 104. 3%, and the relative standard de- viation was between 1.8.5% and 3. 16%. Conclusion This method could determine the lead in cold drinks quickly and accurately with minimal samples.
