摘要
目的:探讨用护理干预预防妇科术后腹胀的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2010年8月～2012年1月在我院进行妇科手术的130例患者分为两组,其中一组为对照组(65例),对照组患者接受常规的术后护理,另外一组为干预组(65例),干预组患者接受腹胀预防护理。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的腹胀发生率、腹胀严重程度、术后的舒适度、下床活动情况、肠鸣音恢复情况、首次排气时间和首次排便时间等。结果:①干预组患者的腹胀发生率和腹胀严重程度低于对照组患者,且两组间的差异具有显著性(P<0.05);②干预组患者的术后舒适度好于对照组患者,且两组间的差异具有显著性(P<0.05);③干预组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间、首次排气时间和排便时间均短于对照组患者,且两组间的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科手术患者实施腹胀预防护理干预可有效降低患者术后腹胀的发生率、改善患者术后的生活质量、缩短患者的住院时间。
Objective To investigate the clinically preventive effects of nursing intervention on abdominal distension after operation of gynecdlogical surgery. Methods 130 patients after operation of gynecdlogical surgery were chose in the period from August 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （65 patients） with conventional nursing intervention after operation and intervention group （65 patients） with preventive] abdominal distension nursing intervention; and the incidence and severity of abdominal distension after operation, the comfort degrees, the time of bed getting out, the restoration of bowel sounds, first exhaust and defecation time of both groups were compared. Results The the incidence and severity of abdominal distension after operation of intervention group were significantly better than control group（ p〈0.05 ）. The comfort degrees of intervention group were significantly better than control group（ p〈0.05 ）.The time of bed getting out and the restoration of bowel sounds of intervention group were significantly shorter than control group（ p〈0.05 ）. And the first exhaust and defecation time of intervention group were significantly shorter than control group（ p〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The nursing intervention on abdominal distension after operation of gynecdlogical surgery obtain better effects, and can effectively recuce the cases of abdominal distension after operation, improve the comfort degrees and life quality, shorter the hospital staying time.
