摘要
目的了解遵义市中小学生结核病防治核心信息知晓情况,为学校结核病防治健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机抽样法对遵义市区和郊区4 881名在校中小学生进行结核病防治核心信息问卷调查。结果在回收的4 862份有效调查问卷中,中小学生的知晓率达到了79.54%,高年级组知晓率显著高于低年级组,城区高于郊区,男生高于女生,对结核病诊断时程标准的知晓率最低(69.89%)。结论目前遵义市中小学生中结核病防治知识知晓状况较差,学校和疾控部门应针对不同层次的学生大力开展结核病防治知识宣传教育活动。
Objective To understand the awareness of primary and middle school students to tuberculosis（TB）control key information in Zunyi city,and to provide the basis for TB prevent and control work.Methods A total 4881 students from primary and middle schools in urban and suburban of Zunyi city were selected by random sampling method to perform the TB key information questionnaire survey.Results In 4 862 valid questionnaires,primary and middle school students′awareness reached 79.53%,the awareness of higher level school students was significantly higher than that of lower level school,urban higher than suburban,boys higher than girls,and the lowest of all information awareness in the students was that on the diagnosis of TB process standards（69.89%）.Conclusion At present,the awareness status of TB control knowledge in primary and middle school students in Zunyi city is not good enough.Schools and the disease control departments should develop knowledge propaganda and education activities for TB control aimed at different levels of students.
