A New Thought on Strategic Alliance Research from Social Network Perspective——Based on Literature Review

摘要通过对战略联盟研究的社会网络视角的阐述,基于对该视角下的战略联盟研究所进行的分析总结,从研究中变量选取的角度提出了网络及其成员的"结构属性"、"资源属性"及"绩效"等概念,并基于这些概念构建了战略联盟研究的主要问题模型,进而揭示出网络视角下战略联盟研究的"新思维",即"网络属性思维"。并对这一思维下的战略联盟研究进行了分类综述。 With a short review about the research of strategic alliance from social network perspective, this paper proposes some concepts of ＂structural characteristics＂, ＂resource properties＂ and ＂performance＂ from the perspective of variable se-lection based on a summary and analysis of previous studies. It builds a model of main research problems about strategic alli-ance and reveals a new thought on strategic alliance research named ＂network property thought＂ from social network per-spective. At last, there is a classified overview for strategic alliance research with the thought.
