摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性酒精中毒的临床治疗效果。方法:将2008年1月至2011年3月来我院就诊的87例酒精中毒患者随机分为A组(中西医结合治疗组)45例和B组(西医治疗组)42例,对治疗后两组患者的清醒时间进行比较。结果:A组患者的中毒不同阶段的平均清醒时间短于B组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性酒精中毒的效果较好,患者清醒时间明显缩短,值得在急性酒精中毒的治疗中推广应用。
Objective： To assess the clinical effect of tile combined treatment of acute alcohol intoxication with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： 87 cases of acute alcohol intoxication treated in our hospital From January 2008 to March 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, group A （treated with the combination of tradtional Chinese medicine and west medicine, n = 45 ） and group B （ treated with west medicine only, n = 42）. The time of palinesthesia of the patients in the two groups were re- corded, compared and analyzed. Results ： The time of palinesthesia of group A was shorter than that of group B （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined treatment of acute alcohol intoxication with traditional Chinese medicine can produce a superior outcome in patient＇s palinesthesia.
