摘要
文章以麦秸和凹凸棒石为原料,以酚醛树脂为黏结剂,按照不同质量配比混合,在100~150℃、6MPa下热压40min后,在一定温度下烧结制备凹凸棒石改性麦秸木质陶瓷,并利用该木质陶瓷对含酚废水进行吸附试验。结果表明,在900℃下烧结的凹凸棒石改性麦秸木质陶瓷(m(麦秸)∶m(凹凸棒石)=5∶1)对苯酚的吸附效果最佳,吸附率达97.8%;当50mL、50mg/L苯酚溶液中木质陶瓷的投加量为0.5g,振荡时间为60min,溶液温度为25℃时,该木质陶瓷对苯酚的吸附效果最佳,吸附率达98.12%,且其吸附率随着溶液pH值和苯酚起始质量浓度的增加而减小。由此可见,凹凸棒石改性麦秸木质陶瓷对苯酚的吸附效果受材料配比、烧结温度、陶瓷投加量及振荡时间等因素的影响。
In this paper, wheat straw and palygorskite clay were used as raw materials and phenolresinas adhesive. After they were mixed in terms of different quality ratios, the mixtures were hotly pressed for 40 min under 100-150 ℃ and 6 MPa, then palygorskite clay modified woodceramies were prepared at certain sintering temperatures and used to adsorb the phenol in wastewater. It is foundthat under the sintering temperature of 900 ℃, the composite materials with a 5 to 1 ratio of wheat straw and palygorskite clay has the best removal effect on the phenol which is up to 97.8%. When thedose of the optimal composite materials is O. 5 g in 50 mL of phenol solution with the concentration of 50 mg/L, the oscillating time is 60 rain, and the solution temperature is 25 ℃, the adsorption effi- ciency of phenol on the composite materials is the highest which is up to 98. 12%. In addition, thehigher the solution pH value and the phenol concentration are, the lower the adsorption efficiency is. So the adsorption is affected by the factors such as materials ratio, sintering temperature, dose of thecomposite materials, oscillating time, etc.
