摘要
当前我国经济与社会正处在快速转型之中,公众对政府公共服务需求层次和需求特点也发生显著的变化,传统政府单一的公共服务方式已无法适应现代社会人们对公共服务的需求,公共服务电子化应运而生。文章阐述了公共服务电子化的内涵及其必要性,指出当前福建公共服务电子化存在的主要问题,重点就加速推进公共服务电子化问题提出几点思路。
s： Nowadays our economy and society are in rapid transition and public demand levels and features for public services have changed a lot, therefore traditional public services can＇t fit with people＇s de- mands in modern society and Electronic Service Delivery has also come into being. The paper has introduced the connotation and necessity of Electronic Service Delivery and has indicated its main problems as well. Meanwhile it has put forward some considerations on expediting public service electronic.
