摘要
科学合理的实践教学评价体系对完善行政管理专业的实践教学具有重要意义与价值。当前我国高校行政管理专业实践教学评估体系主要存在考评观念认识不足、缺乏实践评价标准、评价内容片面化、评价主体单一化的问题。因此,要构建多元化的行政管理实践教学评价体系,具体做到评价内容全面化、评价方式多样化、评价主体多元化。
The reasonable evaluation system is of significance to improve the practical teaching of administrative major . The problems of current evaluation system lies in the attitude towards the evaluation, the lack of correct evaluation standards and the simplification of appraisal subject. Therefore, it＇ s necessary to build a diversified appraisal system with comprehension content, diversified methods and appraisal subjects.
