摘要
目前我国经济发展中存在产业结构升级困难、收入差距扩大、内外需结构失衡、资源环境约束、人力资本日趋短缺等制约因素,使我国面临着跨越"中等收入陷阱"的各种挑战。所以国家提出了包容性增长的理念,通过分析中小型企业的发展困境,提出了促进中小企业包容性增长的对策建议。
Because of the upgrading of the industrial structure problems, the income gap widening, internal and external need for structural imbalances, resources environment restriction, gap in talents and so on, China is facing many big challenges of crossing ＂middle - income trap＂. So China put forward the concept of inclusive growth. This paper expounds the dilemma of the small and medium enterprises＇ development and solving measures.
