摘要
目的:观察局部浅刺法治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例。治疗组采用局部浅刺法治疗,对照组采用体针治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:治愈率和复发率治疗组分别为84.44%和2.63%,对照组分别为57.78%和30.77%,2组比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部浅刺法治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎临床疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of local shallow needling method in treating stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum. Method： Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group received local shallow needling method while control group were treated with body acupuncture. Clinical effects of both groups were compared. Result： Cure rate and relapse rate of treatment group were 84.44% and 2.63%, while cure rate and relapse rate of control group were 57.78% and 30.77%, comparison of both groups showed statistical meaning （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Local shallow needling method is effective in treating stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum.
