摘要
卤化银多晶光纤[AgCl_xBr_(1-x),0≤X≤1]是一种性能优良的中红外传能光纤。光纤原料采用高真空熔炼、氯气气氛下区域融熔和高真空石英安瓿内单晶生长等特殊工艺方法提纯,光纤用热挤压法成型。已制成的直径Φ1.0(mm)光纤L=1.64(m)输出CO_2激光功率>20(W),损耗0 3~0.5dB/m,Forurier红外光谱(FTIR)测量结果显示,光纤在4~16μm波段内有良好的透过率。用光纤制成的光纤式CO_2激光传输系统(光纤式CO_2激光手术刀),光纤手术刀长度L=1.3~1.8(m),输出功率>10~15(W),配有普通型和腔内专用型两种结构的输出端头。
The silver hahde fiber [AgCLBr(1_x) ]is a highly transparent medium for transmitting laser at middle infrared wavelengts. The raw material was purified by high vacuum melting,zone melting in C12 atmosphere and crystal growing in quartz ampoule at high vacuum. The silver hahde fibers were made by hot extrusion. Measurement results show that the transmission loss of silver hahde fiber is 0. 3-0.5(dB/m)when carrying CO2 laser beam at 10. 6um. Forurier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)shows that the transparency of fiber is better at 4~ 16um. The output power of CO2 laser beam transmission is more than 20 watt, in a fiber of 1.0(mm)diameter and 1. 64(m)length. The output power of fiberoptic arms is 10-15 watt, for arms 1. 3-1- 8Cm) long- Two kinds of hand-piece .conventional model and special modeKuse for mouth,nasal cavity and other cavities) .are used as the outlet end of arms.
