摘要
目的探索优化门诊药房布局和工作流程的做法。方法通过优化门诊药房的内部环境、药师工作流程及服务模式,完善和落实工作制度,开展科学化、规范化药学服务。结果门诊药房药师工作效率提高了20.0%,患者取药等候时间缩短了28.5%,患者取药满意度提高到100.0%,医疗事故发生率降至零。结论优化门诊药房的布局和工作流程可以提高患者满意度,保障患者用药安全。
Objective To explore the optimization of the working flow and disposition of dispensary for outpatients. Methods The improved work system, scientific expansion and standardized pharmaceutical service could be achieved by improving the internal condition, the working flow and service mode of pharmacist. Results Work efficiency of pharmacists increased by 20.0%, patients' waiting time were shortened by 28.5%, patients's satisfaction reached 100.0% and no medical error occurred. Conclusion Optimization of the working flow and disposition of dispensary for outpatients can improve the patients's satisfaction and ensure the safety of medication.
