摘要
针对圈式定子斜槽线圈制造工艺进行研究,通过对斜槽线圈工艺建模,将斜槽线圈结构简化,确定了斜槽线圈制造工艺,总结出一种斜槽线圈制造工艺方法,也满足了斜槽铁心嵌线的需要。
Based on the research of manufacturing technologies of winding coils in skewed-slot stator, this paper proposes a technology of manufacturing skewed-slot coils by mod- eling. It can simplify the structure of skewed-slot coils and meet the needs of winding assembly of skewed-slot stator core.
