摘要
2016世界园艺博览会的成功申办给唐山市饭店服务业带来机遇的同时也带来挑战,经过近几年快速发展,唐山饭店业整体水平有一定提高,但服务质量方面还存在很多问题,分析现状并找出对策成为唐山饭店业健康可持续发展的关键问题。
The 2016 World Horticultural Exposition brings forward opportunity as well as challenge to Tangshan hotel industry. After rapidly developing of these years, Tangshan hotel industry has achieved some certain improvement, but there are still many problems to exist regarding service quality. Analyzeing current situation and finding out countermeasures is the key problem to maintain Tangshan hotel industry＇s sustainable development.
